Cabinet Field Superintendent

Encore Design Services is looking for an experienced Cabinet Field Superintendent who is looking to build a long-term relationship and career. The qualified candidate shall be responsible for directing in-house crews and subcontractors in day-to-day activities to drive successful project outcomes. Strong industry knowledge, time management skills, and communication abilities are essential. The qualified candidate will support the Project Management/Operations team in scheduling and work directly with customers, cabinet vendors, and new homebuyers. • Oversee and manage all builder production cabinet installations for your designated area.
• Consistently strive for 100% on-time completions.
• Measure, lay out, and submit master changes and builder corrections.
• QC walk all builder production cabinet installations in your designated area
• Manage Service Technicians to ensure parts, punch lists, and tags are completed on time and accurately

• Operate in a fast-paced environment

• Contribute to company goal of providing complete customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidate must have their own truck (required)
• Driver’s license (required)
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Ability to read and interpret cabinet layouts and blueprints
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Builders, Encore employees, and cabinet installers
• Positive attitude
• Computer Proficiency
• Highly motivated individual that is passionate about the industry, problem solver and success driven.

Career Level Dimensions

• Proven experience as a superintendent or similar role in the construction industry

Job Type: Full-time Superintendent

Salary: $62,500 – $67,500 per year
