Cabinet Service Technician

Encore Design Services is looking for an experienced Cabinet Service Technician who is looking to build a long-term relationship and career. The qualified candidate shall be responsible for touching up Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinetry in new home construction. Strong industry knowledge, time management skills, and communication abilities are essential. This is an opportunity to build a career with a strong company that has a reputation for excellence.

• Thoroughly touch up and adjust cabinetry after production installations
• Install parts from Quality Walk
• Order necessary parts if needed after inspections
• Work as part of a team
• Interact with builder superintendents and homeowners

• Operate in a fast-paced environment

• Contribute to company goal of providing complete customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Builders, Encore employees, and cabinet installers
• Positive attitude
• Problem-solving skills
• Computer Proficiency
• Highly motivated individual that is passionate about the industry, problem solver and success driven.

Career Level Dimensions

• Cabinet experience and knowledge (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.50 – $27.50 per hour
