Cabinet Service Technician – Warranty

Encore Design Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cabinet Service Technician to join our team. This role involves working in occupied homes, performing touch-ups, adjustments, and warranty-related services for cabinetry in kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality touch-ups and adjustments on installed cabinetry in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas.
• Install replacement parts identified during inspections or warranty work orders.
• Conduct thorough inspections and document any additional service needs.
• Update notes for parts that need to be ordered.
• Work with builders, homeowners, office staff, and 3^rd party cabinet installers to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Maintain professionalism and respect while working in occupied homes, ensuring minimal disruption to homeowners.

• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines without compromising quality work.

• Uphold company values and contribute to the goal of complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cabinetry service, carpentry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry (required).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Strong technical skills, including attention to detail in touch-ups and adjustments.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with builders, homeowners, team members and 3^rd party cabinet installers.
• Ability to work independently.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean, respectful, and professional presence in customers’ homes.

Job Type:

• Full-time

Salary: $22.50 – $27.50 per hour
