Flooring Field Superintendent – East Valley

Encore Design Services is looking for an experienced Flooring Field Superintendent who is looking to build a long-term relationship and career. The qualified candidate shall be responsible for managing flooring installation crews and subcontractors in new home residential construction in day-to-day activities to drive successful project outcomes. Strong industry knowledge, time management skills, and communication abilities are essential. The qualified candidate will support the Project Management/Operations team in scheduling, as well as work directly with builders, flooring contractors and flooring vendors. • Perform pre and post inspections to ensure on time installations, quality, managing multiple tracks and builders
• Manage tile, carpet, and surround installations for new home construction residential home builders
• Drive to multiple installation sites

• Work with flooring installers on their daily installations
• Operate in a fast-paced environment

• Contribute to company goal of providing complete customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidate must have their own truck (required)
• Driver’s license (required)
• Must be able to multi-task proficiently

• Must be able to handle multiple projects proficiently.
• Highly motivated individual that is passionate about design, problem solver and success driven.
