Position Summary
Encore Design Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Studio Coordinator to support our Design Studio team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining studio operations, coordinating schedules, managing documentation, supporting product updates, and ensuring a smooth experience for both internal teams and builder partners.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with multiple departments, and has exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Essential Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage buyer appointments, builder specifications, and designer schedules.
- Maintain studio calendars, scheduling systems, and customer-facing documentation.
- Prepare and distribute reports, pricing sheets, and project-related documentation.
- Audit files and records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Coordinate product updates, showroom displays, vendor communications, and training events.
- Support model home projects by preparing documentation, pricing, and selection records.
- Assist with product reselects, warranty-related changes, and builder requests.
- Serve as a liaison between the Design Studio and internal departments including Sales, Estimating, Operations, Accounting, and Field teams.
- Support new community launches, product implementations, and ongoing builder programs.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely communication with builders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage and support day-to-day Design Studio operations to ensure efficient workflows, accurate documentation, timely project completion and exceptional customer experience
Must Have Qualifications
2+ years of administrative, project coordination, scheduling, or operations support experience
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, builders, and internal teams
Comfortable learning new software systems and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, & Teams
Preferred Experience
Experience working with builders, design studios, production homebuilding operations
Knowledge of interior finish products, such as cabinetry, flooring, countertops, and tile is a plus

After successful completion of the initial 90-day introductory period, employees may be eligible to work remotely one (1) day per week, subject to manager approval, job performance, and business needs.
Compensation Range:
$25.00 – $27.00 Hourly
