Job Description
Encore Design Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the cabinet orders are accurately prepared and ready for installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order preparation, load layouts, data entry, and supporting various operational tasks to help maintain the efficiency and success of our business.

Responsibilities
- Create and load cabinet layouts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any layout and/or order discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and update order information within company systems.
- Communicate with vendors, installers, and internal team members regarding order status and requirements.
- Support scheduling and operational teams to ensure projects stay on track.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist management with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Communicate challenges or issues promptly to management to ensure overall operational success.

Career Level Dimensions
- Construction, flooring, cabinetry, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with order processing, scheduling, or inventory management is a plus.
